Windows 11 build 25346 rolls out in Canary Channel

Windows 11 build 25346 is being made available by Microsoft to PCs that are part of the Windows Insider Program’s Canary Channel. Although this version is small, it adds new settings and further graphic modifications to the UI.

The official modifications for Windows 11 state that the Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC) feature has been updated in build 25346. The Remote Desktop connection bar has been updated to match the operating system’s new look. A new dialog interface for Windows Security (firewall) notifications is also being reintroduced by the business.

It’s also now simpler to set or disable HDR when using a battery, and the Settings app has a new presence-sensing privacy feature that lets apps know if you’re close to the smartphone when appropriate sensors are present.

Content Adaptive Brightness Control

The Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC) feature in Windows 11 is being extended to operate on laptops and convertible devices that are connected to a charger, starting with build 25346.

Windows 11 is changing the HDR setting on the Displaysettings page, adding a toggle to enable or disable HDR when the device is powered by a battery.

Windows Narrator

Lastly, users of Windows Narrator can now confidently interact with Traditional Chinese characters when utilizing both Narrator and the Windows IME candidate window.

Additionally, the Windows Narrator now uses the dictionary to define every word in Traditional Chinese.

Install build 25346

Enroll your device in the Canary Channel using the Windows Insider Program settings from the Windows Update section if you wish to download and install Windows 11 build 25346.
