UPDATED 3/31/2023: A new Windows Update option that lets you opt to receive moment and other preview updates before they’re made available to everyone can be enabled on Windows 11 build 23424.
According to @phantomofearth3, who noticed the functionality, you can enable the option to receive instant updates (enablement packages) before they are released to compatible devices. It is called “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re ready for your PC.”
If the feature isn’t already there, you can activate it on your PC by using a third-party utility called ViveTool, which Rafael Rivera and Lucas made on GitHub.
This tutorial will show you how to activate this new Windows 11 function.
Enable new automatic update preview option on Windows 11
Follow these steps to activate Windows 11’s new feature that allows update previews to be downloaded and installed automatically:

To activate the new preview updates feature, download the ViveTool-vx.x.x.zip file.
To open the zip folder in File Explorer, double-click on it.
To extract all, click the button.
To extract, click the button.
Make a copy of the folder’s path.
LaunchStart.
Look up “Command Prompt,” then right-click on the first result and choose “Run as administrator.”
To access the ViveTool folder, type the following command and hit Enter:
Remember to update the path to the folder with your path in the command.
To activate the new preview updates automatically option, type the following command and hit Enter:
Restart the computer.
Following the procedures, a new setting will appear on the Windows Update settings page. You have the option to receive feature drops as soon as the latest updates are prepared for your computer, so you may get them as soon as they’re ready.
You might need to use the Registry to generate the IsContinuousInnovationOptedInDWORD (32-bit) Value onHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings if you are unable to see the option under Settings>Windows Update.
You can undo the changes using the same steps if you change your mind, but in step 10, be sure to use the vivetool /disable /id:43669963 command before restarting the computer.
